"Our European legacy - discovering common roots through performative arts, history and gastronomy"'s main goal is to open the doors of our organizations to everyone. 

The partnership is based on the principle of volunteering and on the EU goal of helping vulnerable groups. Our common goal is to provide learning facilities to those who are most disadvantaged and face discrimination, based on lack of knowledge and subsequent prejudices, underprivileged people who often believe that cultural institutions are only for intellectuals. We would like to disprove this opinion by directing most of our activities to people of local communities. This is an opportunity to take a little from inside the educational system and create entertaining activities, while sharing with partners from different countries and cultures should help them value their own cultural heritage and be proud of their social,educational and cultural traditions. Acting together in Europe requires a joint effort in understanding each other, in hopes of identifying common interests and fighting the growing fear that a bigger EU could mean a loss of identity. The project deals with an important aspect of the European enlargement process. It intends to improve the quality and accessibility of mobility, increasing its volume, helping learners to develop transversal competences such as social, civic, cultural and intercultural competences,in order to successfully adapt to the society. 

It is a unique opportunity for people to creatively make use of Art, Theatre, Folklore and Gastronomy to fight isolation and raise awareness of the most isolated within already vulnerable groups. Dialog between cultures will hopefully establish closer links between both European people themselves and their respective cultures and countries.
